REHABILITATION OF EXISTING BUILDINGS AND CHANGE OF USE IN 3* CLASS HOTEL APARTMENTS COMBINED WITH BUILDING EXTENSIONS IN HEIGHT AND WIDTH

The project involves the capture and restoration of 5 existing buildings which are located within 800 m from the center of the current settlement Dew Kriezis in place under the name "Samaras' and the parallel change of use at a hotel-type apartments Agrototouristikou Category 3 * .
