IMPROVEMENTS AND ADDITIONS IN THE ALEXANDREIO MELATHRON SPORTS CENTER IN THESSALONIKI

The proposal consisted of renovating the existing Aleksandrio basketball court and adding external circulation.
The circle shaped building required additional staircases, shading and lighting strategy both outside and inside the court.
The design borrows materials from the old "industrial" construction and uses them in a way that allows the existing structure to blend with the add-ons.
